		<description>I think a lot of it is to do with the type of job you are in and if you have a team around you to assist. Personally, I can switch my Blackberry off and not worry - but that is because someone in the office will be there to keep everything moving along.

If I was in sales and paid commision, it would be a whole different story . . . the Blackberry would be glued to me!</description>

		<description>I believe it's really down to personal choice and the circumstances of the project(s) you're currently working on. I usually call in a few times just to check everything is ticking along nicely but i'm fairly confident that my team can manage without me for a few weeks.</description>
