Personally, I can switch my Blackberry off and not worry - but that is because someone in the office will be there to keep everything moving along. If I was in sales and paid commision, it would be a whole different story . . . the Blackberry would be glued to me! I usually call in a few times just to check everything is ticking along nicely but i'm fairly confident that my team can manage without me for a few weeks.
