Video CVs – an increasingly popular recruitment tool
For some employers, Video CVs are an essential part of their recruitment process as it enables them to gain an immediate snapshot of the jobseeker and can also saves them so much time (by not having to give up a whole day for first interviews).
Video CVs however are not a new trend, as highlighted by Simon Murphy, creator of the See My CV job board and CV database:
